Sofia to Black sea Discover the beauty of Bulgaria's nature, viewing one of the most remarkable places in our country. You will ride in the heart of Bulgarian nature, able to see amazing places and meet great people. We will pass through Bulgaria's wildest mountains, home of ancient civilizations – Plana, Rila, Rhodopi, Sakar, Strandja, till we reach Black Sea.Over 1100 km of pure adventure and amazing views, historical places and much, much more, 90% offroad, 10 % onroad.

Day One: Arriving in Sofia, transfer to the hotel, welcome dinner.

Day Two: Sofia - Velingrad - 180km.

We start our trip from the foot of Vitosha mountain, go to Samokov in foot of Rila mountain. After Somokov we will visit Borovetz, which is the oldest mountain resort in Bulgaria. It was established in 1896 and is situated at 1360 meters above sea level. We continue to Belovoand than to Velingrad. Arriving in Velingrad, accomodation in Hotel Velina SPA 4*. Free time in the evening.

Day Three: Velingrad - Kovachevitsa - 100km.

After breakfast we're heading to the beautifull Rila mountain, after a short trip we arrive in the amazing Rhodope mountains, passing by Medeni polyany and Staro selo (1500 meters above sea level), entering in amazing village Kovachevitsa where the houses date centuries ago. Than we go to the beautiful village of Ognianovo and rest in a 3* hotel. Dinner and free time in the beautifull nature of Rhodope.

Day Four: Kovachevitsa - Trigrad - 120km.

In the morning we start on the western slopes of the Rhodope. After a while we reach the heart of the western Rhodope, amazing views and beauty strike one after the other. Few hours later we are entering Trigrad's amazing gordge, a unique place and amazing people. We will settle for the night in a traditional Bulgarian house and enjoy traditional meals.

Day Five:  Trigrad - Pamporovo - 100km. 

Breakfast, start to Pamporovo through Eastern Rhodopes, mostly on gravel roads with amazing views. Arriving in Pamporovo, accomodation, free time in the evening.

Day Six: Pamporovo - Kardjali - 120km.

Breakfast, start to Zlatograd mainly on gravel roads. Arrive in Zlatograd, accomdation, free time in the evening.

Breakfast, start to Kardjali, still in Eastern Rhodopes mainly on gravel roads.We'll visit The Devil's Bridge is near Ardino. It was built either in 17th or in 18th centuries and has unique architecture, emphasized by its three arches. The bridge is situated in a very picturesque valley and has unforgettable beauty and is one of the most favorite places for visit by all tourists. We're taking a rest on the shore of Kardjali Dam, and arrive in Kardjali, accomdation, free time in the evening

Day Seven: Kardjali After breakfast we will visit one of the most incredible tourist sites in Bulgaria,  Perperikon (also Perpericon) – a Thracian archeological complex, a megalith sanctuary of Dionysus.  It is also the sanctuary of Orpheus, a mythical singer and a musician who lived around 1400 b.c.,who is considered the greatest singer and poet of ancient times.

There is the stone ladder – magnificent rock structure resembling a group of people.  There are the giant stone mushrooms and many more.

Day Eight: Kardjali - Topolovgrad - 200km.

Breakfast. We're heading to the city of Topolovgrad, near the stream of Arda river, visiting the true East Rhodopes. We are passing by villages, carrying the spirit of ancient centuries. We will ride through the territories of the white vulture. We Arrive at Topolovgrad for a dinner in a 3* hotel. 

 Day Nine: Topolovgrad - Black sea coast - 210km.

Breakfast, trip from Topolovgrad to the Black sea coast, passing the village of Zvezdetz, tour through the amazing beauty of Strandja . The nature in Strandja is blessed for it combines the sea, the mountain and the Mediterranean sun. The hidden sense of the antique inscription is clear - Strandja, inhabited by humans since prehistorical times, according to the beliefs of the ancient people, gives a strong spirit and a healthy body. Even nowadays everybody who comes to these lands is touched by the richness of Strandja's nature, bows down before the monuments of the ancient culture, and is fascinated by the spiritual heritage, preserved in the customs, traditions, folklore and mythology of the local people. Strandja is not a beaten tourist path but it offers a unique and beautiful tourist adventure. In Strandja everybody will feel like a child of Mother Nature, well protected from the killing noisiness of the modern civilization. And the quite humbleness of the small village churches and chapels will nurture your belief, because there is no other place where it is so well kept as in Brashlian, Zabernovo, Kosti, Balgari and many other Strandja villages and towns. Around the aiasmas (curing springs) the stories about magicians, fairies and elfs are still alive, and so is the secret of the ancient custom of fire-dancing. The old Strandja houses, filled with warmth and hospitality, offer a healing sense of comfort.

Leaving Strandja, riding in the river valley of Veleka river we will arrive on the beautifull beaches of Black Sea. Free time in the evening

Day Ten: Black sea coast - free time, transfer to Burgas airport. For those who cannot arrange a direct flight home form Burgas, the plane ticket to Sofia airport ranges between EUR 30 to EUR 50.
